Basic Info BioMy name is Katie Alvord. I am 23 years old and have so far done a lot with my life that I can honestly say I am proud of. I have spent some time in South America and am now dedicating a year of my life in Japan. I am really enjoying it so far, but do miss my loved ones back home. In December I gradauted with a BA in Elementary Education from Oregon State University. I am glad to have that part of my life done and thankful for the wonderful friends I made while I was there. We are all beginning to go our seperate ways, but I know distance will not falter the bonds that we have created. I finally joined this so I can read about my friends' experiences and share mine.
